About the Person
Alan Braun started his career as a software engineer at MicroMuse, which was acquired by IBM in 2006. After four years as a Senior Development Manager at IBM, he moved to Apple, enticed by the revolutionary potential of mobile computing. He joined two weeks before the release of the first iPad, and supporting that device in business became the focus of his tenure with Apple. He built an organization to support Fortune 1000 customers in creating enterprise apps for iOS devices before directing the Enterprise Innovation Lab, where he led the team responsible for helping Apple`s Mobility Partners (including ScrollMotion) with the design and architecture of their apps.
