Established by Congress in 2000, NNSA is a semi-autonomous agency within the U.S. Department of Energy responsible for enhancing national security through the military application of nuclear science. The City of Philadelphia`s Department of Aviation includes the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the only major airport serving the nation`s seventh largest metropolitan area, and the Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE).
