Chief Human Resources Officer

The CHRO will lead all people programs and collaborate with senior management in the shaping of business enterprise strategies that support the continued success and distinguish the organization as the employer of choice. The CHRO will be responsible for planning, designing and executing HR services and programs that are aligned with the overall business strategies.
The CHRO will not only be able to maintain a strategic and high-level perspective of the company in addition to departmental functional objectives, but also be able to innovate, develop and implement cutting edge HR programs and best practices that support the business.
Candidates with a strong background in compensation design, mergers, acquisitions and employment law are encouraged to apply.
Other requirements include:
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources/ Organization Development. Master s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of Human Resources leadership with strong business partner/organizational development background and a deep understanding of all functional aspects of HR.
• Experience developing and integrating forward thinking HR strategies, systems, programs, and processes that align with the Company s business strategies.
• Experience with the creation and management of budgets.
• Experience working with Board and Compensation Committee on executive compensation including stock, commission and bonus.
• Experience dealing with and presenting to senior leaders.
