Ghertner and Company was founded on January 8, 1968, by Frank F. Ghertner. After serving in various roles at Ghertner and Company for over a decade, Frank Ghertner’s sons, Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner, assumed ownership and management of Ghertner and Company in 2002 and serve as Co-presidents of the company. Both Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner are Certified Property Managers (CPM) as designated from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Scott Ghertner served as the 1998 President of the Greater Nashville Chapter of IREM and the 2002 President of the Tennessee Chapter of CAI.
