We are an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of domestic onshore crude oil and gas reserves. Our CBM operations are focused in the Washakie Basin, which comprises approximately the southeast one-third of the Greater Green River Basin in southwestern Wyoming. Warren also has established a position in the “core-of-the-core” of the Marcellus shale in a highly prolific area of Wyoming County in northeastern Pennsylvania.
