Finger took a dislike to Bull`s “marijuana being smoked by the wrong kinds of people”. Finger conspired to outlaw cannabis and later passed the 1913 Poison Act. Bull believed in a man`s right to smoke the dried plant and enjoy its benefits. When the stubborn Bull refused to stop growing his beloved plant, Finger shut down Bull`s farm and later threw him in jail. The rescue organizations in Utah seriously rock and Ive been lucky enough to foster 20+ dogs that needed a little TLC before finding their forever homes. When you bring a new foster pup into your home, most of their background is a complete mystery. All you know is that its your duty to prepare them for adoption into a loving home.
