Mississippi Phosphates Corporation is a major U.S. producer and marketer of diammonium phosphate, or DAP, the most widely used phosphate fertilizer. The Company’s production facilities are strategically located on a deep-water channel at Pascagoula, Mississippi with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. MPC’s manufacturing facilities consist of two sulfuric acid plants, a phosphoric acid plant and a DAP granulation plant. The DAP granulation plant has a maximum annual production capacity of approximately 850,000 tons. The existing sulfuric acid plants have the capacity to produce sulfuric acid sufficient for annual DAP production of approximately 600,000 to 640,000 tons.

Margaux Resources Ltd. is a Calgary based, publicly traded resource company, currently focused on their Jersey Emerald Tungsten-Zinc Property, located in the southeast portion of British Columbia. The Jersey Emerald Property has four distinct deposit types. These are carbonate-hosted lead-zinc (Irish style massive sulphide), sedex type zinc-silver-copper, and gold-bismuth skarn and tungsten skarn mineralization. It closed in 1973 due to poor tungsten prices and the expectation of the implementation of a "super royalty". Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on the exploration and development of the high-grade Windfall Lake Gold Deposit, located between Val-d'Or and Chibougamau in Quebec.This area is known for its gold and copper production and excellent infrastructure for exploration and mining. Eagle Hill published its third resource estimate for the Windfall Lake Gold Project in February 2014, with an estimate of 744,000 ounces at 9.75 g/t gold in the indicated category, and 731,000 ounces at 7.37 g/t gold in the inferred category. These grades make Windfall Lake one of the highest grade resource-stage gold projects in the world. High-grade mineralization has been identified in multiple zones, yet only a small portion of the 12,400 hectare property has been tested to date. Mineralization has been identified only 30 metres from surface in some areas and as deep as 870 metres in others, with significant potential to extend mineralization along strike and at depth. Many gold deposits in this region continue well below 1,000 metres depth. Eagle Hill drilled 28,232 metres during its Fall 2013 drill program. The drill program achieved its primary objectives, confirming continuity of mineralization below the non-mineralized Red Dog intrusion, confirming the extension of mineralization southwest of the Main Zone, and expanding both Zone 27 and the Mink Lens. In addition, a downhole IP survey showed additional potential below Red Dog. Additional drilling is underway, with the objective of continuing to expand the mineral resource. In August 2013, Southern Arc Minerals (25%) and Dundee Corporation (31%) invested an aggregate of $12 million to purchase a controlling interest in Eagle Hill, and are working together to advance the Windfall Lake Gold Project.
