The story of Yeyo`s began simultaneously in Michoacán, Mexico and California`s beautiful San Joaquin Valley in the early 80`s. My father was a seasonal farm worker. His stories would describe the early mornings with family and friends, gathering to prepare delicious food. Those stories were very interesting and always kept me going. During my father`s absence, I took every opportunity to learn and master traditional cooking techniques used by my mother and grandmother, and found the road to the unmistakable culinary identity that is worth sharing.
