Live receptionist & client in-take includes VoIP phones, efax service, video conferencing, new client in-take, scheduling, seamless new client information integrated into law firms practice management and CRM systems. Amata maintains multiple office locations for lawyers to utilize as their HQ, receive mail, meet clients and host meetings.
