Today, in the beautiful natural environment of our 96 acre campus in Hanover County, we provide an amenities-rich community with extensive programs and services that contribute to the health and independence of those who live here. Covenant Woods is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation led by a volunteer Board. As a Life Plan Community, the majority of our residents reside in independent living apartments or cottages and lead active lives.
