WOUB Public Media is the NPR and PBS affiliate for Southeast Ohio and surrounding counties in Kentucky and Ohio. We are a non-academic unit of the Scripps College of Communication and a broadcast service of Ohio University.

Antietam Cable TV in Hagerstown was acquired in 1968. The first television acquisition was WDBJ-TV in Roanoke, Va. in 1969.
