We are strong advocates for our members, helping safeguard their ability to provide safe, reliable and affordable electric service. We are industry leaders committed to the research and development of new energy technologies. Our work ensures our members are prepared to implement the energy solutions that are best for their communities. With programs and services promoting global development through rural electrification abroad, NRECA is also changing lives and growing communities around the world.

Our organization is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with original inspiration from the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and the National Science Foundation.

Through its nationwide network of 36 affiliate offices, Community Health Charities of America connects the American workplace to more than 1,200 credible charities.
