Constantly looking for new ways to support members in their practices, the CDA created The Dentists Service Company (TDSC) to support members with the business side of their practices and help them be more competitive and efficient. TDSC plans to offer group purchasing of supplies, practice advising, marketing, human resources, and assistance with forming group practices.
TDSC s Vice President, Human Resources Services will assess the human resources needs of member clients and develop products and services to meet those needs.

This position will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning for the new service line, coordinating the HR service line with other offerings, staff hiring/coaching/development, and vendor selection. This individual will also serve as an HR Advisor during the initial phase of business development.
