Since 2010, The Bernson Group has provided asset based loans to residential builders for property acquisition, remodels, and new construction. We are a private lender, which allows us to deliver custom solutions for each builder in the timely manner the market demands. The Bernson Group began lending in Atlanta, Georgia and has expanded to Charleston, SC, Wilmington, NC, Savannah, GA, and Richmond, VA positioning us in very strong housing markets. We are efficient and effective so we can continually assist builders and investors in growing their business.
