We began with a vision for a plant-based food that would have all the qualities we relish in the best artisan dairy cheeses. We assembled a team that figured out how to use traditional cheese-making techniques but using nut milk instead of milk from an animal. Once we unlocked the secret to making nut milks behaving like cow’s milk, the options were endless. Today, we offer a variety of delicious products including artisan delicacies, nut milk yogurts, and pastas.
