NTPC is Indias largest energy conglomerate with roots planted in 1975 to accelerate power development in India. It has established itself as the dominant power major with presence in the entire value chain of the power generation business.
SJI, an energy infrastructure holding company based in Folsom, NJ, delivers energy services to customers through two primary subsidiaries: SJI Utilities (SJIU) and SJI Energy Enterprises (SJIEE). SJIU houses the company`s regulated natural gas utility operations, delivering safe, reliable and affordable natural gas to more than 700,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers across New Jersey via its South Jersey Gas and Elizabethtown Gas subsidiaries. SJIEE houses the company`s non-utility operations primarily focused on clean energy development and decarbonization via renewable energy production and energy management activities.
The innovation and passion of our people drive our success. Our purpose, Energizing the World, Bettering People`s Lives®, means we venture where others have not and create opportunities for the communities where we live and work. We operate safely, responsibly, and efficiently – from initial evaluation through discovery and production. Our founder`s philosophy still shapes our culture: surround yourself with good people and you cannot help but be successful. We`re proud to have built a company with a character to match our record of success. How? By building a team of professionals with varied backgrounds but a shared sense of purpose. We deliver energy resources from core operating areas that include positions in three premier unconventional U.S. onshore plays — the Denver-Julesberg (DJ) Basin, Eagle Ford Shale and Permian Basin — and conventional offshore operations in Eastern Mediterranean and West Africa. We operate with the flexibility and agility to succeed in any environment and to strategically grow and explore new opportunities worldwide.
Great Western Oil and Gas Company, LLC (GWOG), is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with field operations based in Windsor, Colorado. GWOG commenced activity late in 2005. Our core area of operations is in one of the most prolific and active areas, along the western flank of the Wattenberg field, within the Denver Julesburg (DJ) Basin, Colorado. The DJ Basin is a 70,000 square mile hydrocarbon-rich area extending over northeast Colorado into southeast Wyoming and southwest Nebraska. More than 52,000 wells have been drilled in the DJ with an extensive inventory of development and upside potential remaining. Horizontal drilling and multi-stage hydraulic fracture completions in the Niobrara have ignited a new wave of activity and brought substantial results. The DJ Basin offers several competitive strengths; lower cost development, low lifting costs, long-lived production and reserves, existing gathering/processing/transportation infrastructure in place and a well established service sector presence. We have established a demonstrated and repeatable business model based on a three-pronged strategy: • Continued aggressive organic growth from our existing multi-year inventory • Expanding our position in other opportunities in the oil and liquids rich areas of the DJ Basin, along the western flank of the Wattenberg field. • Strategically entering other basins which have demonstrated upside and growth potential, and leverage our skill sets in operations and development We continue to focus on expanding our position in our core area through proactive and opportunistic leasing and “bolt-on” producing property acquisitions. Our success is founded in our network of relationships, our presence and deep local knowledge, our risk management, and our strong technical and financial capabilities.
