The City of North Ridgeville, founded in 1810 and incorporated as a city in 1960, is 25 square miles in eastern Lorain County, Ohio. The government of Knox County, Tennessee operates under a home rule format. The county administrator, formerly known as the County Executive, is called the County Mayor. The City of Philadelphia`s Department of Aviation includes the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the only major airport serving the nation`s seventh largest metropolitan area, and the Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE). PHL is a large hub airport, serving approximately 81,000 daily and nearly 30 million annual passengers. Situated on 1,150 acres in the northeast part of the City of Philadelphia, PNE is a reliever airport for general aviation and corporate flight operations. It is surrounded by low density and light development to the east and west and to the northeast by a high-density residential area. The Airport averages 215 based aircraft, dominated by single engine aircraft, as well as twins, jets, turboprops and helicopters.
