Wealth Partners Capital Group ("WPCG") serves as an investor in and partner to six nationally recognized RIAs: EP Wealth Advisors, MAI Capital Management, Merit Financial Advisors, Apella Capital, Waverly Advisors and True North Advisors. WPCGs mission, in partnership with these RIAs, is to identify, value, negotiate with and acquire smaller wealth advisory practices, and merge them into its partner firms. As of June 30, 2024, WPCG has executed 118 M&A transactions on behalf of its partner firms, representing over $43 billion in acquired AUA.
