In April of 2021, Audeo Capital announced a significant investment into SIS. Shortly thereafter, a new CEO (Dan Hannigan-Daley) and VP of Product/Engineering (Will Hester) joined the organization following years of success at DraftKings.

With a large customer base in the United States, they found it necessary to purchase a facility locally which happened in 2018.
