In addition, it has been recognized for its general surgeons and its well-respected joint replacement program. Furthermore, our Medical Staff bylaws require that, in order to be on staff, physicians must be either Board-certified or eligible for Board certification.
The Hospital`s reputation of providing compassionate health care dates back to 1951 when four Venice physicians and a local businessman worked to open the hospital`s doors for the first time. Since then, it has grown and evolved right along with the region it serves.
