As a Community Choice Energy (CCE) Program, VCE provides an alternative to PG&E and gives our member communities a choice in how much of our electricity comes from renewable sources. Our mission is to deliver cost-competitive clean electricity, product choice, price stability, energy efficiency, and greenhouse gas emission reductions.
