It is the tasks of the CFO to assist the CEO in the daily activities and to prepare his/her work as to comply with all rules and policies of the Company and in strict accordance with GAAP requirements. The CFO is responsible for controlling expenses, maximizing revenue, planning, forecasting and establishing procedures and controls. Also prepare financial reports, tax preparation and other financial duties
Essential Job Functions
Daily management and review of the Company to include:
• Oversee banking activity
• Oversee company budget and ensure company is on track with projections
• Oversee activity of sales forecasting
• Review and issue financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Be forward looking regarding the direction of the company
• Executive directives of the CEO
• Special projects as directed by the CEO
Requirements
• 10 + years in Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry
• Microsoft GP software or equivalent
Education Required
• Accounting Degree, Advanced degree required, CPA required

Salary: $180,000.00 /year
