Eagleview Technologies, Inc., a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for its Bothell, Washington office. This is a full-time position.
The Vice President of Human Resources will lead the HR organization of the portfolio company. This individual oversees the implementation and delivery of Human Resources strategies, policies, and services that create, support and sustain a high performance, innovative and entrepreneurial culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
• Lead the Human Resources function including employee relations, performance management, career development, merit review process, compensation, benefits, HRIS and recruiting
• Develop the Human Resources strategy to support the overall business plan
• Serve as an HR Strategic Business Partner to management and staff on employee relations issues, interpretation of company policies, procedures and guidelines. Implement a calendar for HR processes and functions.
• Embrace and integrate the Vista model of recruiting, onboarding and training
• Provide guidance to managers on discipline issues, terminations, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans
• Recommend, develop and implement programs to sustain positive employee morale and increase employee retention
• Partner with Finance with regard to staffing budgets and forecasting. Communicate cost of and identify saving mechanisms for recruiting and other HR functions
• Lead the cultural integration of mergers and acquisitions including compliance and due diligence
Skills & Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• BA/BS degree
• 10+ years` prior experience in Human Resources
• 10+ years` prior management experience
• Technology or software industry HR experience required
• High level of financial acumen and experience in partnering with a CFO on HR functions
• Experience working for a growing company with over 500 employees
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (employee relations, performance, recruitment, compensation, training, benefits, etc.)
• Demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources and general business practices
• Previous experience leading through acquisitions, integrations and/or divestitures
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• PHR or SPHR certification pre
