In 2008, NAESP embarked on an ambitious—and achievable—strategic plan to best lead, serve, and support elementary and middle-level principals today and in the future. NAESP will strive to continue to be principal-led, member-driven, and business-focused. A core focus of our work will be to ensure that principals have what they need to lead learning communities.
