NLS receives the Legal Services Corporation funding for the state of Nevada. The PAISBOA Health Benefit Trust (HBT) is a consortium of independent schools, colleges, and universities within the state of Pennsylvania. The PAISBOA HBT is a self-funded entity, organized as a Multiple Employer Welfare Association (MEWA).
