The M+A name represents two powerful brands – Mountville and Andersen – with nearly a century of combined experience developing and manufacturing mats designed to make environments safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. In 1963, the late Emmett Hart, with his wife Nancy by his side, established Mountville Mills. A little over a decade later, in 1974, the late Walter Andersen established The Andersen Company. Throughout the years, the companies drove innovations in their respective markets; Mountville in the textile rental market, and Andersen in the janitorial/sanitary supply markets. Outstanding quality and customer service paved the way for future generations of Harts and Andersens to expand the business. In 1999, these flagship brands joined forces to become the largest mat manufacturer in the world, and in 2018 we made the union official with a name change to M+A Matting. For decades, weve been a symbol of quality and customer service. Since then, all of our finishes are applied by a select group of high-skilled Amish companies. Thoroughbred Diesel opened in 2001 as a one bay shop in Winchester, KY. We operated our shop on three simple ideas; impeccable customer service, lowest possible prices, and fast delivery. We specialized in diesel performance and diesel stock replacement installs. Through our years as strictly a service and performance garage we realized that people all over the country need a place they could trust to call and get free honest advice about their diesel vehicles. It was shortly after that we launched our website and began our "Call For Free Advice" slogan. At Thoroughbred Diesel we know more than just the part numbers, we know the parts. We are still a real shop located in Winchester Kentucky that specialize in diesel performance and diesel repair and, we still offer free advice.
