This person will work closely with the executive leadership team to create and implement all aspects of talent acquisition, career planning, culture & organizational development, performance management and HR policy/procedure development to support the company`s remote business model and aggressive growth plans.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
• Lead the employee and candidate care function to deliver high-touch, high quality experiences company wide.
• Responsible for assessing internal company needs and designing process and infrastructure improvements that support sourcing, hiring, management and compliance needs/requirements within a remote business model.
• Collaborate and partner cross-functionally with executive, finance, strategy, technology teams and practice area leaders to ensure strong connectivity, working relationships and successful deployment of programs in support of a fully integrated HR management and talent development strategy.
• Develop and implement key operational strategies to drive the overall effectiveness of the HR management & Talent Development function. Identify and implement "best practices" across the company to help streamline and standardize our HR & Talent Development processes. Maintain governance and oversight for continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor`s degree in business or related field or MBA or equivalent experience
• HRCI or SHRM Certification preferred
• 5+ years of related HR, organizational development and talent management experience within one or more of the following business models:
o SW/SVCS Consulting Firm
o Digital Agency
o Systems Integrator
o Software/High Tech
• Previous success in the leadership and development of talent strategies with at least 2+ years of direct team management. Group responsibilities include the sourcing, acquisition, onboarding/training, motivating, retaining and growth of top talent.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate working and problem solving with others as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, public speaking/presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptional analytical, operational, organizational and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to comprehend advanced technical and business concepts and synthesize them through an HR and talent development lens.
• Develop related processes and programs including assessments, interviews, on/off-boarding, performance management metrics and score cards. Provide monthly departmental budgetary input to outline expected expenditures and support both departmental as well as company goals.
• Experience working with recruiting and people-related technologies, tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, CRM tools and other Internet sourcing and communication tools is a must along with strong project management skills. Confluence, Glip, Google Docs/Hangouts, Jira, Skype, Slack and SmartRecruiters.
• Ability to own projects from concept through execution and deliver results with limited supervision in a highly dynamic, home/remote/shared office setting and occasionally ambiguous environment.
