Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) is the largest credit union in Oklahoma with over 412,000 members and more than $5 billion in assets. For over 70 years, we have been helping our members achieve their goals and realize their dreams. Founded March 20, 1946, by a small group of Tinker Field civilian employees, the financial institution now known as Tinker Federal Credit Union grew from a single branch at Tinker Field (now Tinker Air Force Base) to a network of branches across the state. TFCU employs over 700 people and was named one of the Credit Union Journal`s “Best Credit Unions to Work For” in 2014. And in 2013, we were named one of the “Top Workplaces in Oklahoma” by the Oklahoman. We were named the “Best Credit Union”, “Best Bank/Credit Union for CDs”, and “Best Mortgage Lender” in The Oklahoman`s 2019 Readers` Choice Awards. In addition, we were named “Best Credit Union” in the Oklahoma Gazette`s 2019 Best of OKC.
