Tri-County Health Care (TCHC) is a not-for-profit, private organization with services offered through Tri-County Hospital (TCH), a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Wadena and clinics in Bertha, Henning, Ottertail, Sebeka and Wadena; and Emergency Medical Services through Tri-County Hospital EMS.
