Sea-3 of Florida propane import and marketing terminal begins operation in Tampa, Florida, USA.

Trammo Petroleum begins operating in Houston, Texas, USA merchandising and trading crude oil and refined products.

Trammo Petroleum enters into the domestic U.S. crude oil gathering and marketing business

Established Trammochem Asia PTE in Singapore for merchandising and trading petrochemicals in Asia.

Established Transammonia DMCC, a Dubai UAE company, for merchandising and trading in the Middle East.

Established Transammonia Shanghai for domestic merchandising and trading in China.

Petroleum Coke merchandising and trading by the Fertilizers & Commodities division.

TA Bulk Carriers enters the commodity shipping business.

Coal merchandising and trading by the Fertilizers & Commodities division.
2013
Recognizing the growth of its business and identity in the marketplace, Transammonia AG and Trammochem Asia Pte. Ltd. changed their respective names to Trammo AG and Trammo Pte. Ltd. and established separate Fertilizers & Commodities and Chemicals divisions within them. As part of the reorganization, Trammochem AG was merged into Trammo AG.
