Transammonia is an international merchandising and trading company that markets, trades, distributes and transports ammonia, fertilizers, petrochemicals, liquified petroleum gases (LPG) and other commodities (including petroleum coke, coal and rice). The history of Transammonia spans more than 48 years. The company was formed in 1965 with the intention of specializing in the international trade of ammonia.
