We are traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol TSRE and included in the Russell 2000® Index. We are a full service, vertically integrated, self-administered and self-managed Maryland corporation. We focus on acquiring, owning, operating and managing garden-style and mid-rise apartment communities in suburban submarkets of larger cities primarily in the southeastern United States, including Texas. We currently own and operate apartment communities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
