BRITE is a federally funded business incubator aimed at growing energy technologies and allied products such as: advanced materials, electronics, and efficiency, control systems. BRITE`s physical location opened in downtown Warren in Court House Square in January 2015 and currently has 13 physical tenants and 80 virtual companies. BRITE has recently secured funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission to develop the BRITE Energy Labs, a project that will make BRITE a regional resource lab for companies to research, test, and certify products. This lab will potentially spur job and company creation in the Warren and Mahoning Valley region.

Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna is an ecumenical Christian housing organization devoted to building and repairing homes in partnership with qualifying families. Goodwill of Southern Nevada, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides education, employment and training for people with disabilities and other special needs to maximize the quality of life for each individual served. We support our mission though a process called "The Cycle of Giving". This means that we take donations from local Nevadans, items such as clothes, home goods, furniture and more, and sell in in our retail stores, online, and to recyclers/salvage buyers. The funds generated through the sale of these donated items are then used to fund job training and placement programs for local adults, veterans, and youth. Additionally, we have an active fund development/grant department and several annual special events that support our programs as well.
