U-Vend was established in May 2009, U-Vend USA LLC was established in April 2010. Sales initiated in the first quarter of 2011 once the full product line was developed. Initial capitalization was provided by the founder, Paul Neelin. The Company is in the business of developing, marketing and distributing various Self-Serve electronic kiosks and mall/airport co-branding islands throughout North America and around the world. We have added and implemented digital LCD monitors to most makes and models of our kiosk program. This allows our media team to offer digital advertising as a national and/or local loop. Both national and local businesses based on territory, region or national exposure will be able to advertise with us. This is a separate and tremendous revenue stream for U-Vend. We have recently designed a Mall and Airport Multipurpose Island, taking several of our Self-Serve kiosks and then bundled them into an ""island"", all in one central location. This has created a destination concept within a mall and/or airport setting. The island is always partnered with a co-branding anchor as part of the overall concept.
