Marine Well Containment Company (MWCC) is an independent company founded in 2010 to address the need for a deepwater well containment response capability in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. To ensure they can scale to the needs of any incident, the organization is supported by a well-trained network of skilled contractors and reservists. With a goal of seamless and effective source control, MWCC is designed to integrate within the Incident Command System (ICS) structure of the Operator.
