Stabilizing Families When adults have sustainable employment, they create stability for themselves and provide a solid foundation for the next generation. Each year, Lifetrack helps 1,400 people with disabilities, immigrants and refugees, and people experiencing poverty launch and develop careers that are meaningful to them. Empowering Parents A strong and nurturing parent fulfills the central role in a child’s growth and happiness. Lifetrack offers parenting education and connections to community resources for over 1,500 families experiencing poverty or families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Over 35,000 adults seek our educational resources to balance work and family demands. Fostering Resilience in Children Children are resilient when they are able to move forward after facing minor setbacks, daily challenges, or even a traumatic event. Lifetrack helps over 260 children each year who experience the stresses of poverty find their strengths and prepare for kindergarten. We help over 1,400 children who are deaf or hard of hearing build confidence with role models, American Sign Language instruction, and community support.
