Dynex Semiconductor Ltd designs and manufactures high power bipolar semiconductors, high power insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) modules and high power electronic assemblies. We have a rich history in the design, development and production of products and services specialising in the field of high power semiconductor devices and power electronic assemblies. Dynex design, develop and manufacture a range of bipolar and IGBT modules and devices, including wafer fabrication, assembly and test. In addition we have a power electronic assembly group who can design and manufacture a range of systems to meet specific customer requirements for electrical, thermal and mechanical performance – including customised power conversion products for a wide array of applications in power grid, electric vehicle, rectification, pulse power, and motor drives. Recently we have benefitted from the CRRC expertise in electric drive and control systems in the traction industry and are applying that technology to the hybrid and pure electric vehicle markets.
