HFAs ongoing consumer advocacy agenda includes product safety, as well as accessibility, affordability, & availability of the products the individuals of this community require. Based in Washington, DC, HFA consists of a national office, organization, and 30+ community-based organizations made up of numerous parents, children, siblings, grandparents and friends impacted by a bleeding disorder. Many non-affected individuals and organizations such as healthcare providers, sponsors, donors, & specialty pharmacies play a significant role in the community.
