The Food Trust seeks an experienced Director of Human Resources to provide leadership and management of all of the
agency`s HR functions. As a key member of our management team, your respons
ibilitie s w ill inc lude e mploye e r e la tions ,
hiring practices and policies, performance reviews, staff development and training, cultural diversity, performance
management, Health/Welfare plans, HRIS/payroll and policy development.

and objectives, and motivating others.
•
Knowledge
of employment law, regulations
and Human Re
sources best practices.

High level of initiative and effective ability to communicate to others internally and externally.
The ideal candida
te will possess 10+ years
of progressive experience in a human resources management leade
rship role,
preferably with nonprofit experience; a bachelor`s degree in human resources in human resources or other related field of
study; master`s degree a plus; HR
certification preferred; the ability to use a variety of HR software programs, including
Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll applications, particularly ADP .
