Job Description
The Denzel Group has been chosen by a growing company to assist in finding their next CTO. In this role you will be responsible for the development and leadership of the technology strategy and vision. You will play an integral part in the company`s strategic direction, development, and future growth. A key expectation of this position is to provide company-wide direction for employees, clients and shareholders in areas of policy and planning.
You will be responsible for:
**Providing an industry-leading application offering in a SaaS-based environment,
**The safety, integrity and accessibility of the organization`s data and systems
**Providing Technology leadership within the company.
**Plan and maintain IT infrastructure, evaluate and acquire necessary technology to ensure organization success.
**Create and maintain the strategic technology plan
You should have:
**At least 10 years of experience leading teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented technology environment
**5 years in the lead technology leadership role, setting and implementing a company`s technology strategy and vision
**Life Insurance and or Financial experience required
