The Office of the President is the system wide headquarters of the University of California, managing its fiscal and business operations, and supporting the academic and research missions across its campuses, labs and medical centers. Elizabeth City State University is a constituent institution of the University of North Carolina. SUNY Plattsburgh was founded in 1889 as an institution of higher education with the sole mission of training teachers. Today, it is a comprehensive college that offers a traditional liberal arts foundation with more than 70 majors including a broad array of accredited professional programs. The college enrolls approximately 5,350 undergraduates and 400 graduate students.
