Videotron Ltd. operates as a cable, mobile telephony, and Internet service provider in Canada. The company offers cable Internet access through cable modems; digital television services comprising approximately 52 television channels, audio services, 21 AM/FM radio channels, and an interactive programming guide; and cable telephony service through VoIP technology. It also provides video-on-demand service that enables digital cable customers to rent content from a library of movies, documentaries, and other programming through digital set-top box, Internet access, or mobile phone; and operates pay-per-view channels that allow its digital customers to order live events and movies based on a pre-determined schedule, as well as traditional cable television services.
