Mr. Brennan has been the Chief Financial Officer of Filtronic plc since September 1, 2009. He served as the Finance Director of Petroplus Refining Teesside Ltd. (formerly Phillips-Imperial Petroleum Ltd) since 1996. He served as the Chief Accountant of this refiner, marketer and distributor of hydrocarbon oils since 1999 and served as Divisional Finance Director of the Petroplus Group Refining Division since 2002. Mr. Brennan worked for 18 years in the Petrochemicals industry including ICI. Mr. Brennan has been an Executive Director of Filtronic plc since September 2009.
