Synergy Resources Corporation engages in the acquisition, exploitation, exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas assets primarily located in the Greater Wattenberg Field in the Denver-Julesburg Basin in northeast Colorado. As of February 28, 2015 our estimated net proved oil and gas reserves as prepared by Ryder Scott Company equated to 40.3MM BOE (barrels of oil equivalent). We operate 308 wells (including 52 horizontal wells) and have an ownership interest in 297 net producing wells. The company commenced operations in 2008 and is based in Platteville, Colorado.
