Memorial Health is more than a hospital. It`s Memorial Gables (formerly The Gables at Green Pastures) – a skilled nursing facility. It`s nearly 20 physician office and outpatient locations throughout Marysville, Plain City, Richwood, and Urbana that offer primary and specialty care. It`s also the Memorial Health Foundation. And don`t forget the specialty programs like Memorial Sports Medicine, the Heart Partnership with OSU Medical Center, and our regionally acclaimed wellness outreach initiatives. There will soon be an amazing new facility, too: the Memorial City Gate Medical Center dedicated to outpatient services in Urgent Care, orthopedics, sports medicine, physical therapy, imaging including open MRI, laboratory and more, all under one roof.
