AAA-Integration is an engineering service company, that emphasis on (Building Quality into Engineering Design). The evolution in engineering-design software during the past decade has permanently changed the engineering design concept. Three-dimensional computer-aided design, manufacturing and engineering (CAD/CAM/CAE) software programs are close to fulfilling their promise to deliver fully integrated design and manufacturing. CAD design software saves time and money in product development by reducing or eliminating the need for physical mock-ups, allowing for early detection of interference between components and enabling quick design iterations that result in product optimization. To further this integration, design engineering is taking new quality assurance concept. Attention to quality in the process-level used to produce engineering designs--in other words, attention to the data produced by digital modeling activities--is proving to be equally fruitful. Through a dedicated cannabis travel program, I work with stakeholders to facilitate a steady flow of cannabis and hemp-related content that elevates the cannabis experience story in a sophisticated and brand aligned way. I advise DMOs on B2B and B2C content and marketing strategies. HOTEL SOLUTIONS Hotels are the heart of the travel ecosystem of a destination. Hotels greatly influence the overall experience for visitors. With a focus on guest experience, room nights, and turn-key incremental revenue opportunities, I help hotels understand, prepare for, and serve the cannabis and hemp CBD-interested hotel guest. Solutions include hospitality education, frontline staff support, and revenue generating opportunities in lobby, spa, and in-room.

He worked at Holley Performance products from 1993-1995 where he helped develop the SysteMax head, intake and camshaft packages. He went back to work for himself from 1996-2004 where he built Total Engine Airflow into one of the most successful CNC cylinder head porting shops in the country. At the end of 2004 he sold his business to Summit Racing Equipment where he worked with Trickflow Specialties developing CNC programs for existing heads, as well as developing all new cylinder heads. He left Summit Racing/TFS during 2010 to move closer to home and family. After seeing a need for quality spring kits at affordable prices he decided to introduce his own line of spring kits.
