Sudberry Properties, Inc. is a 30 year old family held company that both develops and manages commercial real estate mainly in San Diego County. It`s prime developments lie in the area of shopping centers but it has, also, developed Class `A` office space both in general and for `build to suit` purposes. It currently is developing one of the last remaining large tracks of land in San Diego. This will involve attached residential, schools, parks, retail and office. It will be a village within a City.
