The Office of Secretary of State is one of five constitutional offices originally designated in Indiana`s State Constitution of 1816. Sixty-one Hoosiers have served as the third highest-ranking official in state government. The Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) was created in 2004 by the Colorado General Assembly with a mandate to provide efficient and effective e-Governement services for eligible governmental entities (EGE) and residents in Colorado through the use of modern business practices and innovative technology solutions. SIPA is a self-funded, body corporate and political subdivision of the state. The SIPA board is comprised of elected officials, government stakeholders and private sector associates.
