HealthSource Saginaw, Inc. (HealthSource), under the direction of President and CEO, Lisa M. Lapham, is located at 3340 Hospital Road in Saginaw, Michigan. HealthSource was known as Saginaw County Hospital upon its establishment by the County of Saginaw in 1929 under Public Act 177 of 1925 as a tuberculosis sanatorium. In 1971, the hospital changed its name from Saginaw County Hospital to Saginaw Community Hospital. The organization was incorporated in 1991 as a Municipal Health Facilities Organization under Public Act 230 of 1987 and also qualified for 501(c)3, not-for-profit corporation status by the Internal Revenue Service. In 1994, the hospital was renamed HealthSource Saginaw, Inc. We are located in Saginaw Township, a suburban area, approximately ten (10) miles from the Center of the City of Saginaw.

CFNI is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides leadership and resources for the enhancement of health and the quality of life in Northwest Indiana. Projects Community Foundation has pursued throughout its history have served to strengthen the communities it serves. At the heart of CFNI`s charitable endeavors is operation of Community Healthcare System, comprising three not-for-profit hospitals: Community Hospital in Munster; St. Catherine Hospital in East Chicago; and St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart. Other community projects include the development of The Center for Visual and Performing Arts; creation of a not-for-profit foundation for cancer research, operation of the Cancer Resource Centre offering free support services to cancer patients and their families; donation of land and more than $3.5 million to create the Community Veterans Memorial; and Hartsfield Village, a senior living continuing care retirement community. The Foundation also owns a for-profit company, Community Resources, Inc., which manages The Center for Visual and Performing Arts in Munster and is developing Community Estates, a residential development in south Munster. William Osler Health System (Osler) is one of Canada`s largest community hospitals serving the diverse and growing communities of Etobicoke, Brampton and surrounding regions of the Central West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN). As a regional referral centre, Osler provides programs and services to over 1.3 million residents across the LHIN. Osler has three unique sites, each providing a wide range of services: Brampton Civic Hospital provides care to Osler`s most complex and seriously ill or injured patients through a mix of inpatient and outpatient services. Etobicoke General Hospital is a traditional community hospital that provides all aspects of care from emergency medicine to surgery and specialist visits.
