The Derivative Path Story After years in the derivatives field, we envisioned a solution to a problem our industry faced. Then we assembled the brightest minds to make a change. We provide a technology-led solution to assist financial institutions and commercial end users in executing and managing their over-the-counter interest rate derivative transactions. The team is comprised of derivative industry veterans who have worked for some of the world`s largest capital market firms such as Wells Fargo (and predecessors Wachovia and First Union), ABN AMRO, Societe Generale, Bank of Montreal, Bank of America, Chase (now JPMorgan Chase), Barclays, U.S. Bank and Westpac Banking Corporation. On the sales and execution front, throughout their careers, the team have been strong contributors to and led derivative sales efforts for major banks. They have also helped establish new derivatives back-to-back hedging programs for numerous small and medium-sized financial institution clients. On the technology front, our team possesses industry leading expertise. Our technology team is headed by a former Head of Technology at Wells Fargo Securities.
