Manchester Community College, founded in 1963, is an open admission college, offering over 75 associate in science and associate in art degrees, and certificates. Student enrollment is approximately 15,000 (full and part time, credit and credit-free).
Brewton-Parker College is a four-year Christian college located in Mount Vernon and Newnan.
